Hi There! I’m Leah. A gluten-free food enthusiast. Yes, you read that right. Gluten-free enthusiast.
Baking has always been one of my true loves (baker’s daughter right here), but when I figured out that gluten and I just simply couldn’t get along (….at all), it was quite the game (grain) changer. Loving a good challenge, I embraced my ailment, learned to cook, and became determined to perfect the art of gluten-free cooking and baking.
After a few of my family members and friends were also diagnosed with Celiac or gluten-intolerance, I happily shared what knowledge I had, brands I loved, and recipes I had found or developed. A few of them nudged me to share my knowledge and recipes with the world, in hopes that I could help others as much as I had helped them. So here I am!
